1. General Provisions

bk332 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming service operated for Bangladeshi players. These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between bk332 and the registered user of the platform (hereinafter referred to as "Member" or "you").

These terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict in interpretation, the Bengali version shall prevail. By using our website, mobile site, or app, you automatically become subject to these terms and conditions.

bk332 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms. It is therefore your responsibility to check this page regularly.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account at bk332, you must be 21 years of age or older. We strictly enforce the "21+ only" policy. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each member may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are found, all accounts will be suspended and all balances within them will be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information — including your name, date of birth, address, and phone number. If false or incorrect information is provided, bk332 reserves the right to close the account at any time, and in such cases the available balance may not be permitted for withdrawal.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bk332 may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. As part of this process, you may be asked to submit a national identity card, passport, or similar document. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is completed.

3. Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details — username, password, and any security codes — completely confidential. bk332 will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing this information with another person.

If you suspect any unauthorised access or a security-related incident, notify our support team immediately. We will arrange to temporarily lock the account if necessary.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following methods are currently available for transactions at bk332:

• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks)

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800

4.3 Processing Times

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, additional time may be required for bank verification or account-level review.

4.4 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits must come from the registered account — third-party payments are not accepted. If a third-party deposit is received, the full amount will be returned and the account will be placed under review.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests may only be made to verified payment methods. Withdrawals will not be processed while any active bonus wagering requirement remains outstanding. Withdrawals will be approved only after any required KYC documents have been submitted.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
• ৳22,000 deposit → ৳15,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳37,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included in the wagering calculation.

5.3 General Bonus Usage Policy

• Bonuses are issued once only; attempting to claim a bonus by creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being suspended.
• bk332 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonus balances cannot be transferred to another person.
• In any dispute regarding bonuses, bk332's decision will be considered final.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

All games on bk332 are operated through an impartial, automated Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that every outcome is completely random. No specific game result is predetermined.

If a technical error or disconnection occurs during gameplay, the bet for that round may be voided and the stake will be returned. However, for rounds confirmed at the server level, the result will stand.

In the sportsbook section, the official results of tournaments and leagues apply. If a BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, or ICC tournament match is abandoned or rescheduled, bets will be settled according to our separate sports rules.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following actions may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance:

• Using a false identity or fraudulent documents
• Playing games through automated bots or scripts
• Exploiting bonuses dishonestly (bonus abuse)
• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Attempting to access another member's account
• Attempting to manipulate or hack the platform's software
• Game collusion or group match-fixing

If any of the above violations are suspected, bk332 may temporarily suspend the account during the investigation and take permanent action based on the findings.

8. Limitation of Liability

bk332 operates as a safe and reliable platform. However, we do not accept liability in the following circumstances:

• If gameplay is disrupted due to internet connectivity issues
• If transaction processing is delayed due to delays by a third-party payment provider
• If service is disrupted due to a natural disaster, cyber attack, or any cause beyond our control
• If a member suffers loss as a result of sharing their own login details with another person

Participation in gambling is voluntary and at personal risk. bk332 is not responsible for financial losses. We advise responsible gaming and provide the option to set limits where needed.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

10. Account Closure

10.1 Closure at Member's Request

You may request account closure at any time through our support team. In that case, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw all eligible outstanding balances.

10.2 Closure by bk332

bk332 may close an account without prior notice in cases of rule violation, fraud, or any other serious reason. In such cases, all bonuses and any suspicious earnings in the account will be considered void.

11. Changes to Terms
